Housing Access Program
At PARC, our Housing Access Program works from a Housing First model, recognizing that everyone deserves safe, secure, and affordable housing. We take a holistic approach to addressing the systemic and personal barriers that can lead to homelessness, offering individualized support to help people find and maintain stable housing.
Our Housing Access Team may support clients with:
- Searching for affordable housing
- Accompaniment to unit viewings and lease signings
- Referrals to housing stabilization and housing retention supports
- Referrals to resources that support long-term housing stability
- Assistance with My Access to Housing TO
- Assistance with Priority Access to Rent-Geared-to-Income housing
- Referrals to transitional housing and shelter services
These services are available to individuals’ experiencing homelessness, those who are under-housed, and people at risk of eviction.
Drop-In Office Hours & Appointments
Our Housing Access drop-in office is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Please call (416) 537-2262 ext. 300 during office hours or complete webform for inquiries or appointment requests. Walk-ins are welcome during drop-in operating hours.
