After 25 years of passionate service as the Executive Director at PARC, Victor Willis is embarking on a new chapter, and we are excited for him as he begins this next phase of his professional life. Over the next year, he will be working on a smooth transition, with his final day set for March 31, 2025.

 Looking ahead, PARC is poised for an exciting new era, building on our strong foundation and a robust Strategic Plan that guides our path forward. We are in the process of selecting the next leader, ensuring a seamless transition before Victor’s departure. This period of change offers us the opportunity to celebrate our achievements, engage in meaningful conversations, and embrace thoughtful, intentional progress.

Invitation for reflections and feedback

Hannah Atkinson Renglich is part of the team supporting PARC through this transition. Hannah will receive any reflections and  feedback you may want to share, through an online form. Your reflections will be collected and shared with Victor, and the Board of Directors to help inform a thoughtful, integrated, and collaborative transition.

We hold our annual general meeting in September, hosted by our Board of Directors for registered PARC Members.  The meeting is open to the public although only registered PARC members can vote.
