Supports individuals interested in volunteering to build transferable skills, confidence, and
community connection. Volunteers play an essential role in program operations and help create
a welcoming environment. Opportunities include drop-in support, bussing, welcome host roles,
and assistance with programs and events, helping members build skills and pathways for
personal and professional growth.
PARC members can access employment opportunities in kitchen and cleaning roles through the
member employment initiative to build skills, increase social inclusion, improve well-being, and
explore employment opportunities beyond PARC.
The Employment Program provides members with the chance to re-enter the workforce, cultivate life skills, create purposeful activities supporting recovery, and engage in one-on-one meetings with an employment worker.
PARC’s Employment Clinic provides resources and support to job seekers facing barriers related
to mental health and substance use challenges. Through personalized one-on-one consultations
