PARC’s Housing Access Program supports people experiencing homelessness or housing instability with housing search, applications, system navigation, and access to resources. Staff also help prevent eviction through tenancy support, mediation, and repayment plans.

Housing Access

PARC’s Housing Access Program supports people experiencing homelessness or housing instability, with a focus on prevention and access to housing. Staff provide accessible, community-based support five days a week, assisting with housing searches, applications, and system navigation, as well as conflict resolution and connections to resources such as financial assistance, furniture, and life skills programs. They also work with individuals at risk of eviction to mediate tenancy issues, develop repayment plans, and connect them to the supports needed to maintain their housing.

Who it helps: These services are available to 18+ individuals experiencing homelessness, those who are under-housed, and people at risk of eviction.

Referrals: Access to Rent Geared to Income and supportive housing require applications and referrals through the City of Toronto’s system. PARC’s Housing Access Program can support in navigating and making referrals within this system.

How to access it: Drop-in hours Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
