PARC is here for anyone in the Parkdale community who needs support. Whether you’re facing housing instability, mental health challenges, substance use, or food insecurity, or need a safe space, you are welcome here.

No referral. No appointment. No paperwork required for most services. Just come in.

For over 45 years, PARC has been a constant presence in Parkdale — open every single day of the year, including holidays. We believe that everyone deserves access to support, dignity, and community, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Who We're Here For:

PARC supports people who are experiencing or at risk of the following:

  • Homelessness or housing instability
  • Mental health challenges
  • Substance use challenges
  • Poverty or food insecurity
  • Social isolation

There are no eligibility requirements to walk through our doors. If you need support, PARC is here for you.

How We Can Help: From a warm meal and a safe space to case management, housing support, and peer connections — PARC offers a wide range of services all under one roof. Our staff and peer workers are here to listen, connect you to the right programs, and walk alongside you at every step.

Not sure where to start? Come in and speak with a staff member or peer worker — we’ll help you find the right support. Our Drop-In is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year — no appointment needed.
