What PARC Means to Me: Darcy

As we celebrate 45 years of PARC, we’re excited to continue sharing PARC Stories, highlighting what PARC truly means to our members. This month, we’re featuring Darcy’s story.

When did you first start coming to PARC?

May 11, 2023 is when I started coming to PARC.

What activities or programs do you participate in at PARC?

Some of the activities I participate in at PARC is the harm reduction program and Smoking cession program. 

What does PARC mean to you?

PARC is a good agency to work with and most importantly the staff here at PARC is amazing. 

How has being part of PARC impacted your life?

Being part of PARC has impacted my life in various ways like helping me to quit and stay off drugs. 

What would you like the community to know about PARC?

PARC is a good community center to hang out with friends and meet new people. Also, they help people get the help that they need. 

Something you think is special about PARC?

The things that makes PARC special are the staffing and the atmosphere is amazing and the energy is good.
