Access Services

PARC is here for anyone in the Parkdale community who needs support. Whether you’re dealing with housing instability, mental health challenges, substance use, food insecurity, or just need someone to talk to — our doors are open.

You don’t need a referral, a diagnosis, or an appointment to access most of our services. Walk in, and we’ll help you find what you need.

How to Access Support

Walk-In: Our drop-in is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, at 1499 Queen Street West. Just come in—no paperwork, no appointment needed.

Call Us: Reach our team at (416) 537-2262 during business hours, and we’ll connect you to the right program or staff member.
