and substance use challenges, homelessness, and food insecurity can find community and
support.
Whether it’s sharing a warm meal, having a friendly conversation, or getting connected to
services, the Drop-In meets people where they’re at. Members can access daily breakfast and
lunch, and a range of supports for both immediate needs and long-term well-being.
Walk in during drop-in hours. No referral or intake required.

Social & Recreation

PARC’s Drop-In has a range of social and recreational activities throughout the week, including mindfulness, music, writing, knitting, art, and seasonal sports like soccer and hockey. These create opportunities for connection, creativity, and improved mental and physical well-being. All programs are member-focused and shaped by our community.

PARC Annual Camping Retreat

PARC’s annual camping retreat is a chance for members to relax, connect, and enjoy nature
away from the city. Over several days, participants experience a mix of activities: hiking, kayaking, archery, rock climbing, writing groups, music sessions, and social events. Campers apply to attend and are selected based on their engagement and contributions to the community over the year to ensure a positive group experience for everyone.
Please speak to the PARC drop-in staff if you are interested in joining any of these groups.
