When you give to PARC, you help keep our doors open 365 days a year, so support is there when
it’s needed most. The need in Parkdale continues to grow, with more people turning to PARC for
meals, support, and housing stability. Last year, we served over 85,000 meals, supported more
than 1,500 people in our drop-in, and helped 137 people remain housed. Every gift makes providing meals, programs, community connection, and safe, dignified housing possible.

Funders & Partners
Thank you to our partners at Second Harvest and Daily Bread Food Bank for their generous
food donations.
Sheila Koffman was a community builder, advocate, and from 2009 to 2016, she helped guide PARC as co-chair of PARC’s Board of Directors. As the founder of Another Story Bookshop, she spent over three decades championing equity, diversity, and social justice. Before her passing, Sheila established the Sheila Koffman Fund at PARC through the proceeds of her home, a gift that enabled the purchase of four buildings now converted into supportive housing for people exiting homelessness. Her legacy continues through the Fund and an ongoing partnership with Another Story and her brother, Joel Koffman, whose support helps sustain PARC’s work and
carry forward Sheila’s legacy.
