Parkdale Property Management (PPM) is PARC’s full-service, social enterprise property management enterprise dedicated to non-profit and deeply affordable housing. Responsible for PARC’s seven residential properties, the team oversees repairs, maintenance, cleaning, waste management, unit turnovers, and day-to-day building operations. PPM works closely with housing support workers to support tenants, as they are often the first point of contact for crisis intervention, with a focus on eviction prevention.
