“PARC means a safe friendly environment that offers nice, delicious breakfast, lunches, and healthy snacks. They have movies that you can watch weekly. Outreach that you can go on, like walks and clothing exchange. Surveys that you can receive a Tim Horton’s card. Art Group that you can paint and put them in the gallery.”
