Member Employment
PARC supports members to secure and maintain employment by focusing on skills development and employment retention. The goal is to support members holistically, helping them graduate, secure meaningful employment, and enhance their well-being and community inclusion.
Member Volunteer Program
PARC’s Member Volunteer Program is a pre-employment activity that helps members to develop skills by supporting scheduling, intake, and attaining graduated responsibility.
Member Kitchen & Cleaning Employment Program
PARC members can access employment opportunities at PARC, either in the kitchen or cleaning PARC buildings, as part of the member employment initiative. Through their work, members can enhance their skills, increase social inclusion, improve their health, and seek employment opportunities beyond PARC.
Member Employment Skills Group Drop-In
The Employment Program provides members with the chance to re-enter the workforce, cultivate life skills, create purposeful activities supporting recovery, and engage in one-on one meeting with an employment worker.
1:1 Member Employment Counselling
PARC’s Employment Clinic provides resources and support to job seekers facing barriers to mental health and substance use challenges. Through personalized one-on-one consultations and networking opportunities, members can gain tools to help with their job searches and career development.
