We had our first in-person staff meeting after almost two years of online Zoom meetings. One of the activities provided space for our staff to share stories and map out their diverse backgrounds.We strive to make PARC a safe, authentic space that is respectful, mindful, and inclusive. These activities build on PARC’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work. Through the Equity and Reconciliation pillar of our Strategic plan, we aim to embed EDI in every aspect of our work, creating more diversity across PARC, including leadership, staff, members, and tenants, to ensure that our programs and services are inclusive.
