Housing where people rebuild their lives.

PARC  Supportive Housing

PARC provides safe, affordable units with on-site or visiting staff who provide guidance, support, and connections to community resources to help people maintain stability and independence.

Our Commitment to Supportive Housing

Our housing and case management staff work closely with tenants, developing strong relationships grounded in trust and respect. We work closely with individuals, recognizing their unique strengths, challenges, and lived experiences.

Our staff are present in each building daily, maintaining regular contact with every tenant. The level of engagement is flexible and responsive, based on the tenant’s needs to ensure support is available when it’s needed most.

Many tenants also receive care from external service providers, including legal advocates, healthcare professionals, mental health teams, and community case managers. With the tenant’s consent, we collaborate with these supports to create a well-coordinated circle of care.

How We Support Our Community

Our staff support tenants and the community by:

Facilitating tenant meetings and community events

Providing crisis intervention and safety planning

Offering referrals to external services and supports

Supporting community integration and daily living skill development

PARC tenants are protected by the Residential Tenancy Act.

PARC and its tenants are subject to the guidelines and processes of the Landlord Tenant Board. Any information that is shared with us by tenants or that we gather, is done so under the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

Parkdale Property Management (PPM)

Parkdale Property Management (PPM) is PARC’s full-service, social-purpose property management enterprise dedicated to non-profit and deeply affordable housing. Responsible for PARC’s seven residential properties, the team oversees repairs, maintenance, cleaning, waste management, unit turnovers and day-to-day building operations. PPM works closely with Housing Support Workers to support tenants as they are often the first point of contact for crisis intervention, with a focus on eviction prevention.

PPM also employs member staff with lived experience who have faced barriers to employment, creating stable jobs and meaningful career pathways. This model strengthens the workforce while deepening trust and connection within the tenant community.
