Drop-in
Open seven days a week to support homeless adults who are sleeping outside, in shelter or respite. With guidelines on physical distancing and number of people gathered, we screen every person wishing to enter PARC.
We have seats and tables spaced to reduce potential transmission and welcome a limited number of people (no more than 20) at one time.
Community Meals
We are providing about 200-400 meals a day, the majority are to-go outside PARC at 1499 Queen St. W. Meals are first come, first serve.
Nurse Drop-in
PARC offers low-barrier access to nursing services for our membership through a longstanding partnership with PQWCHC and UHN. Through this partnership, members can receive care in a setting where they feel safe, and they feel they can trust with practitioners.
Harm reduction
PARC offers safe use supplies, naloxone kit distribution and supportive counselling to members accessing the harm reduction program. A harm reduction approach involves working with the person using substances to use them more safely, without judgement or expecting them to stop using.
