Home for Good

Our Home for Good program helps people who are homeless to find appropriate permanent housing.

Our Solution

The Home for Good program provides:

  • medium support case management
  • referrals, housing placement, accompaniments
  • voluntary trusteeship
  • rent supplement options
  • support with integrating into the community
  • housing stabilization
  • liaising with landlords

Eligibility Requirements

Can You Apply

To be eligible, any individual must be on the City of Toronto's Coordinated Access wait list which prioritizes people experiencing chronic homelessness and must have been confirmed to be homeless for a minimum of 6 months.

Referrals to program are only accepted through the City of Toronto or The Access Point.

Clients referred to this program are not housed throughout the City; clients must be willing to live in the Parkdale area (or downtown west end).

Program Details

Once housed, tenants receive support to develop sustainable strategies to maintain their tenancies and build independence.
