Healing
Under the category of ‘Healing’, primary healthcare outreach and support are provided to isolated and homeless adults who are unconnected or have significant barriers to mainstream healthcare services.
This program is provided by a partnership with the Parkdale Community Health Centre and the Toronto Community Care Access Centre.
