A community where people rebuild their lives

Humber Ride4RealFood

The Humber Ride4RealFood is an annual fundraiser for the Co-op Cred Prorgram . The Co-op Cred Program is a food system built on the idea of building communities. It is rooted in co-operation between community partners, organizations and participants, members of the greater community and the overall program. This collaborative initiative allows the community to support each other and work together while allowing participants have an active voice in its development and promotion. By supporting cred-raising, the community becomes more sustainable.

Every $1200 raised provides one Co-op Cred participant with a full year of free, healthy food!

Riders will experience a beautiful ride along the Humber River Recreational Trail – up to 35km! The trail starts and ends at Etienne Brule Park, near Old Mill Station. Riders will also be rewarded with a picnic lunch courtesy of West End Food Co-op. Our partner, the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) will also be hosting a Canada 150 celebration that will include family activities, food trucks, live entertainment and much more!
